The draw: Once entries close, I'll spin the Wheel of Names and pull 10 finalists from all submissions.
Community vote: Those 10 finalists head into a poll where everyone here gets to vote their favorite.
The winner takes home a fully finished artwork of their OC, completely free.
One quick note: last month's winner sits this round out to keep things fair. Everyone else, you're in!
