A character design for my good ol' buddy Ozawk! He needed a lean, mean, killing machine of a bird lady for his crew.
She's a small common kestrel, but she's WILD!
Heck, it was a lot of fun creating her, especially THOSE PANTS! THE BIRD PANTS! So heckin' fluffy.
