I’m mainly a “lineart and cel-shading” kind of artist; never really been a “painter”, which is fine, except that I keep trying to apply painterly principles to hard line art XD
I’ve done a lot of soft-shaded rendered art because I think it’s a great way to (potentially) give a better sense of organic form and volume, but it’s still a perpetual weakness of mine...I often end up overworking a piece because it’s not...quite...right...just...yet...
