Cat’s never been all that “reserved” about her appearance, as her interests are primarily more focused on exploring (and exhibiting) her body’s morphological and sensory capabilities than trivial stuff like “modesty” or “adequate coverage”. For Cat, clothing really is more of a fashionable accessory choice than a practical consideration.
In all fairness, though, her habitual preference for flexible, wandering extremities doesn’t easily conform to those kinds of things anyway😝
