Before you settle in to enjoy your Hypnosis audio, you will need to take a moment set the video file first, so it can loop on your computer or your phone if you prefer. .
Once you have it set to play on a loop, pause the video and get ready to enjoy yourself in whichever way you usually do when you know you will need complete privacy for at least an hour. When I’m ready for you to un-pause the video, I'll let you know.
If you have never looped a video before you may need to first download one of the free video players for your pc, Mac or phone, as these all make it easy for you set the video to play on a loop. You can use the instructions below if you need help with that.

If you don’t already have it, download VLC Media Player (free at videolan.org).
Open VLC and load the video (Media → Open File).
Once it’s playing, click the little loop icon (two arrows in a circle) or go to Playback → Loop.
Pause the video at the start. I will let you know when I’m ready for you to un-pause it.
🍏 For Mac
QuickTime Player (already on your Mac):
Open the video in QuickTime.
Go to View → Loop. Done.
Pause there. I will let you know when I’m ready for you to un-pause it.
Or, using VLC for Mac:
Open the video in VLC.
Hit the loop button (two arrows) or go to Playback → Loop. Pause.
📱 For iPhone / iPad
First, grab the free VLC app from the App Store if you don’t already have it.
Open VLC and add the video (you can AirDrop it, or use “Files” to import).
Play the video and tap the loop icon in the controls.
The video will now repeat endlessly. But I want you to pause it.
I will let you know when I’m ready for you to un-pause it.
