DESCRIPTION
Bran had been working on human powered flight. She wanted to fly like a bird, she said. So when the procedure was complete and she stood there, a rain harpy, it wasn't quite what she'd been expecting. She wanted something more like an angel with wings as an add-on not her arms converted to wings. Now it was up to her diligent assistant to figure out, from her messy notes, how to change her back.
