Notice of Price Change to $1

I plan to lower the price to $1.

Although I previously notified it to existing 2$ tier members to prevent confusion, the tier change was minimal;;So I'm going to take this opportunity to delete 1.2$ + 2$ membership and cleanly make $1 tier.

To minimize confusion, I plan to make the change at the end of November.
