Taking Suggestions! [WIP]

I've had this idea in my head for months and finally got the time to start sketching it. But I can't decide what I want the delinquent character to end up as (aside from just preggers heh)... maybe that's enough? I also need to figure out what the TF panels will be between the starting point and the end goal. There's so many possibilities. Should they get even more pregnant? Multiboob? Furry? Hmm?
