A Very "Special" Birthday Surprise [part 3]

It's finally finished! Whoo!!!

If a birthday present makes you shrink, is it a BIG surprise or a small one?Ashley certainly doesn't know, she's too busy with her transforming body to answer.I think I'm gonna make a part 4 at least, with lots of "cream" and size difference, maybe even a part 5, who knows?Hiya everyone!

It's been almost a year since I posted part 2 of this sequence after I got out of the hospital. It's been such a strange, hard year, in every way. When I started on this piece I decided that I wanted to (or needed) to make something just for me. Something that would take time, and where I'd get to put everything I've learned into the piece. I needed something that didn't feel like stress, or a must. I needed something that showed my growth, because when I got sick and the time after I felt like I was stuck in life, like I had lost so much. And I'm really happy with this piece, even if it's a bit different from what I usually do.

It was so much fun I was practically giggling through the entire process (when it didn't make me want to pull out my hair... I'm looking at you birthday balloons...). It made me figure out what direction I wanna go with my art from now, something in between this and my older stuff. Slow down a little.
