Reward System Poll for current patrons

I've been doing some thinking about how I can make the reward system smoother for all of you. Starting this month (Term 89), I want to roll out some changes to how rewards get delivered — and before I lock anything in, I'd would really like to hear what you guys think!
I've put together 3 options below. Feel free to vote, or drop your own thoughts in the comments or DMs!
Option 1: No Passwords for both Basic Rewards and DM-Based VIP Rewards
1. Remove passwords from both Basic and VIP rewards.The MEGA links themselves stay password-free going forward — applicable for both the monthly Basic Reward and the VIP Rewards archive.
2. Basic Reward: This is the current month rewardEach month's Basic Reward link (e.g., Term 89) is placed directly in the monthly rewards post. This is visible to all active patrons at their corresponding tier.
No DMs needed for Basic Rewards — paid patrons can just check the post and click on the download link. basically, all patrons on that tier - Basic or VIP - can download freely the current term reward simply through clicking on the download link.
3. VIP Reward: still sent via DM, but without a password.The VIP rewards archive link (which contains previous 12 months rewards) continues to be sent out through DMs to all patrons with 3+ consecutive months of support, or annual patrons. But this time, there is no password.
4. All links expire at the end of the month.Both Basic and VIP links/passwords are set to expire at the end of the month
OPTION 2: Keep the current reward system (no changes)
1. Passwords stay on both Basic and VIP rewards.Every monthly reward — Basic and VIP — continues to be delivered as a MEGA link with their corresponding password.
2. Basic Reward: current term only, sent via DM.Each month's Basic Reward external download link and password are sent individually to each patron based on their current supported tier through DMs.
3. VIP Reward: still sent separately via DM.The VIP rewards archive link and password continue to be sent out individually to all patrons with 3+ consecutive months of support, or annual patrons through DM — same process as before.
4. All links expire at the end of the month.Both Basic and VIP links/passwords are set to expire at the end of the month
