RyuZU, an automata loyal to her master, is capable of altering time. Entering a dimension called Imaginary Time, she transforms into this angelic version of herself, gaining an advantage over her adversaries.
You rarely see fan art of this character, let alone fan art of her in this outfit, but I thought she looked particularly striking in it, and it only required slight modifications for her to be bursting out of it.
