Something that I learned while wearing this cosplay around town:
I got A LOT of compliments! People loved the outfit, the makeup, the hair. They thought I looked so pretty! But they had no idea who I was cosplaying. I even wore it to an anime themed rave and NO ONE knew who I was supposed to be. Apparently Death Note is a deep cut now? Makes me feel ancient. Oh, well. I know that at the very least, you guys get me 🖤
