[W.I.P] Development Note #66

Hi, EroCondo team here.

We want to share some of the stuff we're working on.

The next update will be the remastered version of the game:

 💗Lighter, smoother~

We changed the way the game runs and loads assets. We also get rid of the frame-by-frame animations by rigging. The game will be much, much lighter and run better on weaker devices. It allows us to add more future content to the game.

This is the main reason why we have to rebuild the game from the ground up. Many players have to start-over in their PC because their phone failed to run the game as it got heavier over time.

 💗Everybody has to start over

It's a new, separated build so unfortunately, we can't bring the old save data from the old version over... Due to its launch, players will receive recovery codes in their email to help them recover all of their purchased DLCs. 

💗DLCs and content will be locked/hidden

The first version of the Remaster will include 3 first residents (Hoan, Suplex, and Punt). Other content is in the game also, but they will be hidden or locked since they're not ready to be played yet. They will be unlocked/revealed eventually with new updates.

💗New content and features added!

Since everyone has to start over, we don't want their experiences to be the same. New features and new content will also be added for a fresh start of the Remaster

• New artworks for Punt

• Extra artworks for Hoan, Suplex, and Punt

• [New feature] Memories

  You can redeem old license keys to unlock the promo artworks of old patches.

  

• [Polish] Rename "Feed" to "Grind"

  

• [Polish] Add "Invite" button to MC's Room

  

• [Polish] Add "Mission" and "Guide" to the Menu

  

• [New Feature] Daily Mission

  You can earn Hearts and Items by completing daily missions. They will be reset every day.

  There'll be special missions that only appear during a specific time to help you earn Event Items without having to get the Event Outfits.

  

• [New Feature] Guide

  The game sometimes can be confusing with many hidden features or untold mechanics. So, we made it easier for newcomers by having a Guide for whenever they feel lost.

  

• And more~!

  Many more quality-of-life changes are also on the list. We will continue to update them in new updates.

  ⚠️Because of that, we delayed our launch on Itch-io. So, new players on Itch-io will get their fresh start with the Remastered version of the game. It'll be less confusing.
