Karen has relatively simple but heavy bindings, with the typical chest harness and her hands behind her back, a crotchrope, and bindings at her upper & lower thighs, below her kneecaps, and at her ankles. Karen would have a rather flustered, confused expression, while Tsukihi would have a smug one, knowing that Karen surely cannot escape this.
