Just a screen shot from the other day of a pole move I’m in the middle of learning! I’m working on releasing the bottom hand to make it look prettier and incorporating the move into a combo, but I thought this screen shot looked pretty! 🥰🫶

I wanted to post some clips of my pole journey but I don’t think patreon lets you post video? I saw something called Vimeo once but I think i have to pay for a subscription. I’m also not really sure how i use it to post video. Does anyone know how easy it is? Or know any other options for posting video to patreon?
