YEAR 2011
Your hands are a bit shaky.
Your feet look sturdy enough as you stand there at the front door, gazing down at the welcome mat, a big bouquet of flowers in your hand. The ER nurse you've been crushing on for months now agreed to go out with you, and had even requested you come to her condo for a cute 'living room date' as she had put it.
Sheila was known on his floor at work as the 'mysterious glutton.' She was always coming into the break room with piles of food, or eating something at her desk while taking patient information. When taking vitals, she nearly always had a faint smell of something previously eaten.
In so many ways it reminded you of comfort. Food, warmth.... and a lot of skin.
Sheila was a big girl.
You remember when she first started working at St. Vincent's hospital, mainly because you had started working at the same time. It was exhilarating and challenging the first year, getting used to the insanely long shifts, the horribly gored up patients that would come in on the weekends, and the exhaustion when finally going back home. It was all worth it.
However Sheila had started working there while very thin. She had blended in with the other thin nurses, besides the one difference of her chest being much bigger than the rest. There were many moments where staring at her from your peripherals gave you a lot of joy.
And then the pounds started coming.
And within a year Sheila was a Big Girl™.
And you loved it.
A shifting noise and the door opening jerks you out of your thoughts. You straighten up a bit, hoping your hair looks right, hoping that you don't give off the vibe that you're insanely attracted to her haughty demeanor, hoping that you'll get to really bond with her tonight.
In your inventory you have the flowers, a condom (just in case, safety first ♡), a couple packets of Red Robin Seasonings because that celery salt mix is the best fucking thing ever and you wanna introduce her to it, and your iPod.
The door swings open. Sheila is still in her scrubs. "Hey. Get in here, it's cold outside."
You cram into the small entryway of her condo, where it immediately spills into a flight of stairs. Oh it smells heavenly in her condo too. Like cherries and bread, something she's been making or possibly some sort of candle.
Sheila takes up most of the space of the entryway, but doesn't look phased by the fact that you're less than inches away from her. There's a massive amount of warmth emitting from her body, and the scent is so incredibly unique. Saliva builds up in your mouth, a bead of sweat drips down your lower back.
It's so damn hard not to just reach out and grab her by her love handles, they look so plump and soft, and the pouty brooding look on her face is just too adorable.
It's a bit awkward being crammed in the entryway, but what a great excuse to accidentally bump into her-
"Take off your shoes down here, I don't like getting dirt upstairs if you know what I mean," Sheila says. "I made some pizza for tonight too." She glances at the bouquet of flowers in your hands with a somewhat bored expression. "Those are pretty but you didn't need to do that. Flowers are better in the ground than in a vase."
Whoops. "Ah right, you know how it is though. Us guy's are always supposed to buy the flowers."
Sheila shrugs. "Yeah, tradition kills. But whatever. Meet me upstairs, let's eat. I just got done with my shift so I'm going to change."
She goes to turn around and you just barely manage to catch yourself while taking off the first shoe because oh lord her ass is just inches away from your face, and when she's walking up the flight of stairs it's jiggling in the most perfect way. The blue scrubs make her ass look bigger and her hips wider, it's just so bright and stretched across her backside.
You're a bit too preoccupied with the hypnotizing movements of her backside to notice that the pile of shoes by the front door look like shoes from other men, while her shoes are neatly put away on the other side.
Upstairs Sheila is in her small kitchen taking the pizza out of the oven.
"I asked a bit about you from Amber today," she says to you. "So I made an everything pizza, it's my favorite too. You have good tastes."
"Uh, what did Amber say about me specifically?" It's a bit odd to you that the other nurse knows about your pizza preferences. Was it perhaps just a lady thing? The grapevine and gossip circles were strong at St. V's.
"That you usually take the everything pizza when we have it at work."
"Ah." You look down at the bouquet of flowers. Guess you won't be needing these to woo her. You decide to set them down on her small table, taking a seat there as well. Mm, pretty damn cozy chair too.
Looking around her small condo, you take in the decorations - or more like the lack thereof. The small living room spills into the small kitchen area, clearly a condo for one person. There's a small bookshelf by the fireplace, a big tube TV off to the side, and an incredibly comfortable looking black couch. It's obvious though even with the lack of decorations that Sheila is more into the dark aesthetic, confirming your suspicions that's she's goth.
"Soooo, anything weird happen at work today?" you ask.
Sheila scoffs from the kitchen. "It was an incredibly dull day today. Only one person came in that needed stitches. Even the waiting room was pretty empty."
"Guess that's valentine's day for ya," you say.
"True. Maybe everyone's too busy eating chocolate to have an emergency."
"You know, last year I remember someone coming in and we even caught it on the ECG that their heart was going into torsades de pointes. Those ones always spook me out."
Sheila gives a short laugh. "Yeah I haven't encountered that one yet. The worst ones for me are the DOA's, I don't like dealing with the bodysnatchers."
"Why does that freak you out, that's like nothing," you say. It's pretty funny to you that out of all the horrible things encountered in the ER, it's the coroner lackeys that freak her out. Either she has a stomach of steel, or there's something else to it.
Sheila shrugs. "I don't know. It's just spooky. You know they're going to show up cause they need to move the body, but you just don't know when. And they always look shell shocked. They just creep me out, I don't want them in the hospital."
You laugh at that as she puts the whole pizza on the table and a couple of plates. The steam from the pizza wafts into your face, warming up your cold cheeks. Sheila can definitely cook.
She sits down on the opposite side of you, her wide frame almost as big as the diameter of the table. Looks like she forgot to change out of her scrubs too.
"Time to eat." Sheila takes three big slices from the massive pizza, that grumpy look never leaving her face.
"Oh hey," you say, and start rummaging in your pocket. You pull out the two packets of Red Robin's seasoning. "Try these out, they're the best."
Now she looks amused. "You just carry those things around with you wherever you go?"
"You bet." You can tell that move worked, way better than the flowers. Success! "I always snag a few of these whenever I go there."
Sheila has a glimmer of appreciation in her eyes. "Put it on my pizza then."
The air seems to shift a bit, and you can feel the stirrings of an arousal coming on. You tear open the two packets of seasonings and shake them over her pizza's. Somewhere in the back of your mind you feel like you're doing some sorta ritual in order to tame a great beast, or some sort of offering to a goddess.
In your mind's eye, you picture Sheila as some type of goddess, a darker type. Maybe one that sits at the head of a banquet with a table obscenely full of food, and possibly, maybe, with Sheila leaning onto the table, breasts barely contained by two tiny scraps of cloth, and a hungry look in her eyes.
The image blurs into reality when she leans forward on the table to lift a steamy, melty slice of pizza to eat. She looks you in the eye while she chews the huge chunk of pizza, a tiny bit of cheese webbing on the side of her mouth.
"Mm." She says.
You're on the edge of your seat.
"Tastes amazing." She says.
You want to feed her more amazing things. The urge to do so, to provide and protect, stirs within your belly like some primal instinct answering an ancient call.
"Hey so, after we finish this, I'll still be hungry," Sheila says.
"Oh, uh-"
"Let's go to my room when we're done."
