February poll drawing + Closing patreon

This is the last deliverable that I've owed so with that I've decided I'll also be closing this Patreon down a week from now (so that people have time to download what they want). Nothing too deep but its just not something I'm interested in doing anymore and when I move onto full time employment it will be something that I won't be able to fully commit to. I appreciate the people that have supported me and I still do plan to continue drawing in the future.
