Performant pre-release 1.19.2/3/4

First 1.19.4 version is available!Also the 9.4 update went live:- Cleanup and small fixes, config changed a lot, removed unused entries.

- Removed login timeout changes/packet tracking, in favor of my Connectivity mod

- Removed leaking farm detection reporting stacked items, in favor of my new mod "leaky"

- Mod compat should also improve, if you run into issues try running with

`-Dmixin.env.ignoreRequired` as java param/startup flag
