DESCRIPTION
The sandwool hare is a curious mammal adapted to the extreme conditions of its sandy habitat. Exposed to the sun and scorching heat, evolution – or was it magic after all? – blessed it with a protective layer of densely curled wool. Hard to spot and fearless, the sandwool hare is gifted with an incredible talent for evasion – and a strong tendency for harmless shenanigans. And yet, residents managed to befriend it – in a mutual exchange of safety and food for resilient wool.
