Hello everyone,
I wanted to give a quick update on development and what to expect moving forward.
First, there was no Weekly Development Log this past week because I was in the process of moving. With everything involved in the move, I wasn't able to put together a proper update post. Development has still been continuing behind the scenes, however.
Over the past couple of weeks, a lot of work has gone into improving existing systems rather than introducing major new features. Much of that time has been spent refining NPC routines, improving dialogue interactions, fixing issues, and making the game feel more stable and responsive overall.
Looking ahead, the next major release will be Version 0.34.0 or higher and is shaping up to be one of the largest updates so far.
Some of the planned highlights include:
• Expanded map areas for greater exploration and driving freedom• A brand-new dateable character joining Moon City• Continued improvements and additions to Photo Mode• Further development of the Social Group System and NPC interactions• Dialogue system enhancements and AI improvements• Additional gameplay polish, fixes, and quality-of-life updates
The focus right now is on making Moon City feel larger, more alive, and more immersive while continuing to improve the core systems that drive the game.
