I imagine the dude in the sweater and scars is like the "Boss" or some other cliché role that can justify why the heck he can just go do whatever he's doing with the poor guy. Speaking of doing whatever, In case it wasn't clear, I actually have no clue what type of horrible horrible torture I'll subject our poor unlucky tied up guy to just yet, that's why for the time being it's just an awkward q-tip hovering over his navel to probably tickle him to death or whatever. IDK.
But so far, the options I've totally come up with on my own and definitely did not just steal from someone on discord are:
- A: Have his innie be forcefully pulled out into an outie.
- B: Have his outie be forcefully pushed into an innie.
- C: Stick a syringe full of random liquid in there and use a vibrator on his dick.
- D: Use a vibrator on both his belly button and his dick. Or
- E: Matrix-style belly button bugging with a hand job combo.
