It was a wild start for this game and I wanna thank you all for the support again. It feels like 40% of my time I'm hunting stupid User Interface bugs instead of focusing on new content.
I therefore decided to move away from the unity engine and created a pure HTML version of the game. It won't change a lot for you. It's the same story, same builds ( Web / Android / .exe Windows).
It will Change 2 Things for you
UI will be a bit different (I think better but guess depends on personal preference)
Savegames may require a wipe (I'll try to migrate old ones but I can't guarantee it yet)
But it will change the world for me:
I save a lot of space on itch.io Unity has a lot of overhead on features that I never use. And itch.io has upload limits (So I can add way more content).
UI will be way more stable across different devices like mobile, tablets and pc
Makes testing waaaaaaaaay easier e.g. here is a tool I wrote that auto tests the game so I don't break old features with new ones:
