This is the very belated thank you write-up for New York Comic Con!
Exactly a month ago today was the last day of NYCC. On that day there was a storm, but the commute through Lincoln Tunnel into Manhattan was faster than ever. On that day we finally decided to checkout the rest of the convention above the artist alley, and I was astonished by just how big the convention was that I got carried away buying yaoi books. On that day, so many of you came by - whether it was to say hellos and goodbyes, or to get your copies of yaoi books - thank you for stopping by, for your kind words and support for the series, and for gifting me the most cherished memories.
This year has been a lot, and I'm so glad to have stepped into the crazy world of conventions to meet readers from all over the world. To wrap up this year's convention journey in New York City where Take Off actually occurs is more than a dream come true, thank you, again and again - we did it!
I imagine when Andrew and Nathan finally start dating that they'll do touristy things together for funsies, so I did these drawings to record them being absolute dorks for each other. This is their day in New York, of many more to come :)
