Rest of the world: I can only apologise AGAIN for the delay: I have finally figured out the problem and will be posting Monday morning. The post office here in the UK has added extremely heavy customs declarations requirements even on LETTERS, which means I've had to set up a business account with them and figure out how that all works, I can't hand-write all these forms!
This didn't affect domestic (UK) shipping, of course, which is why it has already happened.
I have sorted everything out finally and will be shipping internationally on Monday - WHAT A SAGA!
