I'll be real with you guys, this was hard to finish. Haru and I thought of the idea to follow up our last collab, "Lucky Catch", with something particularly lewd. A month later, we were shooting live in the heart of LA with a full plan for making an immersive SFX project the hwole way through. With access to a large green-screen stage to shoot at some months later, we were set to go the distance.
Unfortunately, I lost contact with Haru in October of 2023. We wouldn't hear until February of this year that he passed away. This left half of the VFX shots untouched and made me doubtful if I could finish this even if I wanted to. For over a year this project has haunted me, but with some extra elbow grease and help from some of you supporters, I managed to get it done.
While I'm left with a bittersweet opinion of this release, those who I previewed it for have shared that it's bonkers. Hopefully that means you'll all enjoy it, and I can feel pride in the completion of this final work Haru and I got to do together.
As always, thank you for your support. It means everything that you guys have stuck through with me to see this thing out. Hopefully it was worth the wait.
