This week we work on a couple very different videos and share why we have a mermaid alter.
Alters are formed based on what is needed to keep us safe...other systems have mermaids too but not all of them do!
We love that we have a mermaid-she rarely fronts unless triggered out with very specific situations! We hope you enjoy this vlog-it's quite a bit shorter this week.
