This month, I'm excited to share WASTELAND HEAT, a new post-apocalyptic bara animation featuring Eli and his massive protector, Ash. I've always enjoyed stories that mix harsh survival settings with strong emotional connections, and these two characters were a lot of fun to bring to life. Their relationship has a unique dynamic, Ash has cared for Eli for years in a world where trust is rare, and that bond becomes the heart of this animation.
Working on this project was especially enjoyable because I got to explore the atmosphere of a lonely wasteland, a secluded bunker, and the growing connection between two survivors trying to find comfort in a broken world. I also spent extra time refining the character performances and environments to help make the setting feel more immersive.
