My eye is up here

"Haha, nice try, Jinjing-Yu!" you think to yourself, "Cool costume, but I can see your face!" Deep down, though, you feel a trembling seed of doubt, because you could've sworn you saw that eye move... how would she do that???

This is a Japanese yokai called shirime (or perhaps just a dog you know doing a particularly elaborate shirime cosplay??). It was so much fun to make! Not only is it a proper Halloween piece, it's also a birthday gift for a friend who enjoys this yokai. :)
