Basically the long & short of it is that Israel is betting on forced starvation as the more politically palatable option. What little food remains is mostly insect-infested flour, even that is insanely expensive, and while I'll save you the photos, trust me that there's extensive documentation of Palestinians, including children, leaving the camps to forage because they're insane with hunger and coming back dead.
70% of the land area of the Gaza Strip is now considered a "free-fire zone" by the IDF.
There's also no new medicine – there's no new anything – which means that hurt or sick people like Rulin, of whom there must be hundreds of thousands, are now taking whatever expired drugs or rough equivalents they can find. I've already seen doctors' reports of Palestinians dying from eating spoiled or polluted flour after starving for days or weeks. Rulin, her family, and many many people like them can use whatever's left to give.
I also told Amjad I would post some information for him, first that he's got a new account for the charity work he's doing in Gaza (gets him around exorbitant fees & such), and second that he's trying to run an operation to buy tents for children whose families don't have them, or for children who don't have families, and set up something like a daycare or kindergarten in the camp, so the kids will have a place to go, things to do other than think about dying, and someone reliable to tell when they have problems.

"we are a volunteers trying to bring joy and psychological support into the hearts of children living in very harsh conditions. We play with them, organize recreational activities, and try to draw a smile on their faces, but we have to do it all in the scorching sun because we don't have tents or shaded places. We aspire to create a large covered space through which we can gather children, play with them, and provide them with psychological support. Many of these children have witnessed tragedies that no child should see, and some of them are dying, and this is heartbreaking. We just want to give them moments when they feel like kids again. We need about $5,000 to fulfill this dream — to secure tents, fittings, and basic supplies."
