… But every time she thought about Gilda her seams pulled tighter. Tail felt just a little more limp. Stiffness and fuzziness settled in as a tension pulled her down into a sitting pose. Stitched safely into place as plastic buttons form securely above that little beak.
Don’t worry, she doesn’t need to speak. Or look around. Or move at all, really!
