This is a Costume Customizer mod.

How to fix missing shadows for girls when using CC mods:
Enable hunting mode by pressing numpad 0.
Cycle through the ib hashes with numpad 7/8.
Once the face shadow (the shadow on the neck) disappears press numpad 9 to copy the hash.
Inside Costume Customizer root folder open "Honoka/Common/Marie.ini" depending on the girl.
Search for [TextureOverride"Girlname"Face] (ex: [TextureOverrideHonokaFace]).
Replace the hash value with the hash you copied in hunting mode and save the file.
Go back to the game and hit F10 to refresh.
Installation:
Drop the mod files in one of the empty folders of Costume Customize
