DESCRIPTION

After an entire week of testing in production and getting positive results from our own livestreams (Nox Playroom on FB, Twitch, YouTube), we are now releasing Nox Bot GG 0.10.0 which adds Twitch support and lots of new and returning features!

What's New in Nox Bot GG 0.10.0

New: Twitch Integration

You can now use Nox Bot with Twitch along with all the new and existing features!

New: Event Handlers

Event Handlers (previously introduced as "Triggers") are actions you define if a particular "event" happened, like when a viewer sent some Bits, gifted a Sub, etc.Sample use case: You can do something like toggle an OBS source of a dancing anime girl if a user sent Bits or redeemed a particular item from your Twitch channel points rewards.

Trigger conditions are also configurable so the actions only trigger if these conditions are met, if defined.Sample use case: Define an event handler to display a cat GIF OBS source when a user sends 1~100 Bits, then define another event handler to display a dog GIF OBS source when a user sends 101~200 Bits, and so on.

There are two different sets of actions you can define for each event handler: Actions: Conditions Met and Actions: Conditions Not Met.

Actions: Conditions Met are the set of actions executed if the conditions you defined are met.

Actions: Conditions Not Met are the set of actions executed if the event fails to meet the conditions you set. These are usually optional and only used if you know what you are doing.

Sample use case:

Event: Twitch: Reward Redemption

Item: Guess the Mystery Word

Action: Conditions Met: Reply with "Correct! You win!"

Action: Conditions Not Met: Reply with "Try again!"

Supported events:

Twitch: Bits, Sub, Resub, Sub Gift, Community Sub Gift, Reward Redemption

More events to be supported in future updates!

New (Added Back): Loyalty System (Supporters and up)

The loyalty system is back and is more streamlined!

Loyalty is now simply called "loyalty" instead of "loyalty points" to avoid association with currency (channel points) which sometimes causes confusion to users

Loyalty of users are now displayed in the Viewers database

Loyalty Settings are now configurable in Viewers > Settings

New setting: Loyalty per stream attendance -- this allows a user to gain loyalty on their first comment on a new stream. Previously, loyalty is only gained from periodic chatting but now, attending streams would also bear weight in one's loyalty.

Added reset loyalty and reset statistics actions in Viewers table

New: Open File / Run a Program Action

You can attach this action to keywords, timers, or event handlers to open a file or run a program

Personal sample use case: When a user redeems the "Flip It" item, we run a program that flips our display so our gameplay gets disrupted

New: OBS Rotate Source Action

You can attach this action to keywords, timers, or event handlers to rotate the specified OBS source

New: Viewer Database Sorting

The viewer database can now be sorted by name, coins, loyalty, comments, streams active and last active time

Just click on the headers to sort the table accordingly

New (Added Back): OBS Text Files

OBS text files are back! You can now use them once again for text overlays of your top viewers.

OBS text files per platform are now generated for top coins, top loyal, top comments and top stream attendance.

A shortcut to open the OBS text files directory can be found in Viewers > Settings

New: Top Viewers Message Variables

You can now use %topLoyal%, %topCoins%, %topComments%, %topAttendance% variables in your messages to insert the list of your top viewers in these respective categories

Example:

New: Other Message Variables

%platform% - the platform (Facebook, Twitch, YouTube) where the chat came from

%bits% - The amount of Bits sent

%months% - The number of months subscribed

%streak% - The number of consecutive months subscribed

%tier% - The subscribed tier

%gifter% - The viewer who sent the gift sub(s)

%recipient% - The viewer who received the gift sub

%giftCount% - The number of gift subs sent

%rewardName% - The name of the item redeemed with Twitch channel points

%redeemMessage% - The message included while redeeming a reward item

Note: Some of these variables are only available in certain platforms and events

Improved: Random Picker

Added ability to view the list of entries

Added ability to add extra entries in the Live Chat source entries

Added ability to download the list of entries

A shortcut to open the OBS text files directory can be found in Viewers > Settings

New: Export Viewers as CSV

Added ability to export viewers as CSV per platform

You can find this in Viewers > YouTube/Facebook/Twitch/Kick tab > Export as CSV

New: Export Redeemed Items as CSV

Added ability to export viewers as CSV per platform

You can find this in Viewers > YouTube/Facebook/Twitch/Kick tab > Export as CSV

Bug Fixes

Fixed bug where coins are not rewarded for organic comments even if the setting is turned on in Economy Settings

Fixed %keyword% variable not being replaced in messages

Other Changes

Live Chat block in Home dashboard now matches the height of the window to maximize the view (Use case: Adjust Nox Bot GG window size to use it as your Live Chat panel with combined comments from all platforms)

IMPORTANT: If Windows Defender SmartScreen alerted you, please click More info > Run anyway. The reason this is popping up is because Nox Bot is not a recognized app yet. We are in the process of getting a certificate to remove this in the future.
