Nox Bot GG 0.14.0 is out! New giveaways module with ticket entries tracking, event handlers for shop item redemption and gacha pulls, and more!
Introducing the new giveaways module to help you hold long-term giveaways for your community! Previously, most Nox Bot creators just use the random picker, but that's just for the current livestream chat. Others utilized the economy system's item shop for long-term giveaways where viewers can redeem tickets, then export redeemed items and perform the random pick manually. Downside is the viewers can't query how many entries they got, and the creator doesn't have an overview of the participants and their entries because the item shop is designed for general one-and-done item redemptions (shirts, merch, fan signs, etc) and this was more of a workaround for long-term giveaways.But with the new giveaways module, viewers can redeem multiple tickets and query their tickets anytime, and the creator can instantly check the list of participants and their respective entries count, plus a host of other features to make holding long-term giveaways easier and more seamless with your streams.Aside from that, there are also a lot of new things this update so here's the full changelog!
New: Giveaways Module
Create and hold giveaways where viewers can redeem tickets with their coins and query how many entries they have
Tickets/entries persist and are tracked per user per platform, and users can keep accumulating tickets/entries until the giveaway is closed and winners are drawn
Giveaway settings:
Redeem tickets command -- The command for redeeming tickets. Viewers can also redeem multiple tickets by specifying the amount after the command (Example: !getticket 10)
Check tickets command -- The command for checking how many tickets the user has
Ticket cost -- The amount of coins needed to redeem 1 ticket
Winners -- The number of winners to draw later
Role access -- Select or limit which roles can enter the giveaway

Add manual entries from CSV (Note: Manual entries are considered separate from entries redeemed through Nox Bot and will not be merged with viewer entries even if they have the same name.)
Download entries as CSV (Sample CSV format provided in the dialog)
Quick toggle for opening/closing the giveaway
Quick setting of number of winners
Reset winners
Displays number of entries per user
Displays number of participants and total number of entries
Note: Each user or "participant" can only be drawn once in giveaways where the max winners set is more than 1

New: More Filtering Options in Redeemed Items
Added filtering by source (Shop, Gacha) and status (Pending, Completed, Refunded) in redeemed items to help with management

New: Exclude Roles from Statistics Tracking
Added an option to exclude roles from statistics tracking (comments, streams active stats)

Update: Added Platform Selection in Top Viewers Overlay
Added the missing platform selection when getting your top viewers overlay URL
Previously, the top viewers overlay defaults to the Facebook viewers table but now, you can specify the platform (Facebook/YouTube/Twitch)
Access from Overlays & Panels > Top Viewers Overlay > Get Top Viewers URL

Line breaks in messages for autoreply/post message action are now automatically replaced by a space when posted to Twitch and YouTube since they don't allow line breaks (previously, the line breaks aren't processed so Twitch/YouTube just removes them, connecting the lines of messages without any space or punctuation)
