Saved this 1995 Fendi dress a few years back and finally got the time to try it out. It's already not quite what I Hoped, but it's okay because it was Always going to be my own spin anyway (this is just a mock up so I can understand the shape and length and how I'll need it to fit on the body), plus I'm using a thicker yarn (two strands held together) to work this up and that's effecting it a bit too. It fits okay, I tried it on tonight but my biggest complaint are the main panels going down from under the cups, I wish they were thinner. But, if you see my notes in the screenshot I shared, my plan ultimately is to make a floral version of this and that's where I think the shape will really be more transparent, also flowers are just my thing, it'll be a real homage by me then for sure. I've made v-cut things before and dresses but my greatest excitement for this is the straps going across ! Oh my gosh, I can't wait to see if it's feasible, looks really cute
