Introduction
“The greenhouse lab is spotless—sterile air, polished surfaces, and rows of seedlings growing under precise, artificial light.
Everything is labelled, measured, controlled. Nothing is out of place.
A smaller adjoining chamber holds a clinical test bed and monitoring rigs for human observation and controlled trials.
Still, there are moments when it feels like the room is holding its breath—waiting for something to happen.”
Hi everyone,
I hope you’re all doing well! Here’s the first map for April—a Greenhouse R&D lab that continues the same research facility theme as a few earlier releases, including:
Used together, these maps can form a larger, interconnected facility for your players to explore, uncover, and inevitably regret poking around in.
Map Variants
Ransacked Lab
Someone got here first—and they knew exactly what they were doing. The lab has been torn apart, drawers emptied, equipment smashed or scoured for data. Whoever it was had high-level access… and a very specific target in mind. Whatever they were searching for, they didn’t leave empty-handed.
Overgrowth Vines
The seedlings have broken containment. Rapid, unnatural growth has turned controlled specimens into a sprawling, invasive mass of vines and biomass. The lab is still functioning—but only barely. Every minute, the growth spreads further. If it isn’t stopped soon, the entire facility could be consumed.
Patient Zero
A single figure lies strapped in the test chamber, hooked into a steady drip of experimental compounds. No ID, no clear records—just a body being pushed through something it was never meant to endure. The machines are still running… and so is the procedure.
