DESCRIPTION
Creole has this uncanny habit of viewing his health bar like it's capped off at the red part, so to him, it's like he has 75% health and not 25% of it at all times. What's more, he hoards Rad-Aways like a mole rat. He just doesn't use them. He uses Rad-X! But not Rad-Away. And every time there's a densely irradiated area, he'll measure for a minute if he can barrel through it or not. Usually he does. And usually he comes out of it with a substantially bigger chunk of red in his healthbar. But does he use the Rad-Away? ...Does he ever???
