Random generated sims implementation.
Townies Generation
The mod now automatically applies to randomly generated Sims, a.k.a. townies.
- You can disable this feature by editing the 'mm_config.ini' file and changing the value of 'randomize_random_generated_sims' to False.
- The 'Townies_DefaultFolders' setting determines which folders will be used to randomize townies' appearances. You can set the default folders in the 'mm_config.ini' file.
By default, it will use EA's premade Sims folders included with this download, as well as folders generated by the 'Generate Sims Folders (Gallery)' interaction.
- If you use SimulForge, this is a great complement as it fixes townie generation with it.
Introducing Interactions :
- XML Injector is required.
Generate Sim File & Load Latest Sim File
'Generate Sim File' Exports the target sim appearance to a file and 'Load Latest Sim File' applies the latest created to the target sim , essentially working as a copy & paste.
Undo & Redo
- Every time you use a command or interaction that modifies a Sim's appearance, the previous redo state is deleted.
- Backups are stored locally and linked to the Sim's ID, which varies between save files.
- There's is no limit to the number of undo's or redo's that can be stored.
Generate Sims Folders (Gallery)
This interaction creates default folders using your local Gallery Sims, organizing them by age, gender, and species.
- To enable these cheat interactions, open the game console with CTRL + SHIFT + C and enter TestingCheats True. After that, you can access the interactions by pressing Shift + Click on a Sim.
Randomize Sim Appearance from Folder
This interaction introduces the mod and showcases its capabilities. It executes the command MM.MSR 0.0 MAXFILES=4. Picking 4 random appearance modifier files, assigns a random percentage to each, mixes them and applies the result to the target Sim.
- To use this interaction, you need at least one appearance modifier file, which can be generated with the MM.DM command. If no modifier file is present, the interaction will proceed to create the default folders using your local Gallery Sims.
- For a quick start, dump all your 'My Household' Sims with the following command:
MM.DM FOLDER=MEN PLAYER_SIM HUMAN MALE NOT_MINOR NOT_TEEN
FOLDER=MEN Ensures the appearance modifier files are saved in the specified subfolder.
PLAYER_SIM Ensures the Sims in 'My Households' are chosen.
HUMAN Ensures Sims of species smalldog, dog, cat, fox, and horse are excluded.
NOT_MINOR Ensures baby, infant, toddler, and child Sims are excluded
- Use MM.F without any arguments to view the available filters.
Now you can go ahead and try the interaction on any Sim.
Choose Folder for Appearance Randomization
This interaction opens a dialog that lets you specify subfolders for the 'Randomize Sim Appearance from Folder' interaction to read files from.
Preserve Modifier Percentage
This interaction displays a dialog where you can specify the percentage of the Sims current appearance modifiers to keep when using the 'Randomize Sim Appearance from Folder' interaction.

Recommended for an enhanced experience with the mod :
Notepad++: A better environment for editing text files.
Ditto: A clipboard manager with a search bar and groups, useful for copying multiple file names.
TwistedMexi's Better Cheat Console: Allows text selection in the game console. (Note: IU override mods may break frequently with game updates.)"
Installation :
