Hello all! Thank you all so much for those who joined the Fire tier to get a sticker. I’m very excited to get them to you. However, there was a lot of bugginess happening on patreon yesterday (I don’t know if this is related to what’s happening to me or not.) But usually once the special offer ends I get a list of everyone’s mailing information. This time it just gave me a blank list. I even tried it again twice (running the offer for just an hour and seeing if it would update after that.)
I contacted Patreon Support about this and hopefully they’ll get back to me soon. I just wanted to let everyone know what’s happening and if there is a bit of a delay. I’m very sorry about this it’s been frustrating. I have all the envelopes ready to go too and that was just the last thing I needed. I’ll message everyone individually on that tier if I have to, but hopefully it’ll get fixed. 😭
EDIT: Okay good news!! I figured out if I go through individually to each patron’s profile I can see their mailing/contact info. That is gonna take some time doing it that way, but I am just relieved I still have access to that info. I can get started on putting the envelopes together while still waiting for Patreon’s response.
