Should WereGarurumon have a tail?

So guys, I'm working on a bunch of reference sheet for myself to set some details about the characters, and it's especially challenging for the Digimon, since they have a lot of overdesign and huge hands going on, which is very stupid considering how cheaply animated the anime series tended to be.

Which brings me to WereGarurumon: this sexy post-apocalyptic werewolf is both represented with a long fluffy tail in most of the Bandai merchandise and without a tail in the Toei anime series.

I feel like it comes to personal tastes to this point, so guys, how would you prefer Weregarurumon?
