Diamond and Emerald tier patrons have access to this preview immediately in the PREVIEW HUB. This add-on will release for everyone else at the end of the month.
Along with today's tool preview, I'm really excited to show off the work that's been done to bring PBR features to the inventory! This is very work in progress and a drastic change for the pack, so will be available first as an add-on until I believe it will be able to fit seamlessly in the main pack.
Currently, it supports all the new diamond tools, making them appear 3D and reflective even while they're in your inventory. I've also shown that the same effect can be achieved with blocks in the inventory - currently using the grass blocks and bookshelves as examples.
Along with this I've gone ahead and experimented with a more 3D looking inventory for all these items to live in - currently only supporting the creative inventory.
Finally, the new items will render flat on the ground when they are thrown, this is to avoid a visual issue with parallax on the items themselves (although honestly I think it looks pretty cool too)
