DESCRIPTION
While my script for Storm's "Unwanted Houseguest" Chapter 1 is pretty damn faithful to the original, it is of course an adaptation. One of the things I did end up taking some liberties with is Beth's work uniform for her waitress job at the diner.
You just don't see the classic waitress uniform anymore, as sexy as it can be. Just think of how hot Lily James looked in hers in "Baby Driver" or the ladies at the Double R Diner in "Twin Peaks." I appreciate the aesthetic, for sure, but wanted to modernize and ground things a bit while imagining her working somewhere miserable like a Denny's or iHop.
