Now featuring beam axle front suspension and authentic Ford Model T controls! Fully compatible with the AI and automatic transmission settings in AC!Authentic Ford Model T Controls v2.0:1. Fully compatible with AI (they ignore the system).2. Supports Automatic transmission settings (if you don't have a clutch pedal) decently well, although its certainly not as good as manually driving the car.3. Full Ford Model T controls. Clutch selecting 1st gear when 100-76% pressed, N when 75%-26% pressed, and 2nd when 25%-0% pressed. Brake selecting R gear. Throttle as brake. Holding downshift reduces the throttle, holding upshift increases the throttle.

How to drive: partially press the gear selector pedal (the clutch) to N, increase the throttle (holding upshift), press the gear selector pedal (the clutch) fully to the floor to shift into 1st. As the car begins to build speed, you can then release the gear selector pedal (the clutch) shifting into 2nd. Now you can control your speed with the Brake (the throttle) and the throttle (the shifter paddles).ADVANCED COSMIC SUSPENSION:FRONT: Beam Axle, Transverse LeafThe front suspension is modeled as a genuine rigid I-beam axle. The axle is built as its own physical body, located by twin radius rods converging to a single ball joint beneath the engine. The kingpins are responsible for steering axis inclination and caster, as in real life. The result is authentic Ford Model T beam axle behavior. When the axle rolls both wheels lean together, this isn't a fancy independent suspension. The transverse semi-elliptic leaf spring forces are calculated at the transverse leaf spring's shackle points (no wheel-rate spring rates anymore). This produces a much softer lateral roll character, the car will lean in the corners, because the transverse leaf springs are mounted narrower than the track width of the racecar.REAR: Live Axle, Torque Tube, Transverse LeafAlthough both suspensions are within the AXLE suspension family, the rear utilizes a torque tube design. The hubs are welded to the housing and the rear transverse leafspring impacts the rear similiarly to the front. The biggest difference is that driveline torque is applied directly to the axle body sending forces through the tube's linkage back to the chassis.

1. Added authentic Ford Model T controls v2.0 system using Lua code. These now work with both AI and automatic transmission selections.

2. New COSMIC suspension: front now has an accurate beam axle transverse leaf suspension while the rear has a live axle torque tube transverse leaf suspension.

7. Revised fuel weight to 0.73 kg per liter to better match pump gas, was previously matching benzol at 0.858.

8. Quicker steering ratio to match Franklin hardware used in many speedsters.

9. Fixed a minor bug related to heat transfer for brakes.

10. Doubled brake strength based on some testing data I found that surprised me regarding the braking power of transmisson band brakes.

11. Minor increase to aerodynamic upward lift.

12. Noticable increase to rear hub mass (40kg to 55kg per wheel).

13. Softened rear leafspring.

14. Softened front rebound, fast rebound, bump, and fast bump.

15. Softened rear rebound, fast rebound, bump, and fast bump.

16. Expanded suspension range front & rear to 0.08M.

17. Increased tire pressures to better match clincher tires of the era.

18. Revised V1916 tire model, reduced peak tire grip level while increasing maximum tire falloff floor, among other revisions.

19. 3x engine intertia to account for magneto magnet rign and entire planetary drum assembly.

20. Revised final gear ratios to match period correct Ford & 3rd party gear ratio options.
