We're having one of my favorite types of special bonus streams: the Thirdly Report. Here, I shall present to my shareholders (you) a slide deck full of updates on the business (me). And most importantly, afterward, there shall be a team-building dinner (I grill something and we hang out and chat and maybe play some Jackbox). It's always fun and attendance is required and it will be brought up in your annual employee review!
