Hey Everyone!

So, I previously shared the property that's going to be featured as your new home for the remainder of the story. It was a custom asset and unfortunately, it had too many problems. It looked amazing on the outside, but the inside was a mess. I'd repair one area and saw how...unoptimized the whole thing was. I ended up scrapping it and acquired a whole new asset. I really love the new one, but it is pretty extra. Though...your title is just under the CEO of Kapuletti Industries. So, figured your lifestyle should reflect that lol. Anyways, just a small teaser of the property and the realtor you'll have to try to negotiate the price a bit with. Or not, that part is up to you.

Here's another shot. Utilizing what I've learned between Blender and DAZ to create the surrounding terrain.

In regard to my equipment, the render box is back online, still down a GPU. I got the quote back from NRFix and it was going to be about $600 for the repair. After watching some vids, it's not a difficult repair to do. I'm saying that as someone who has experience soldering. I purchased the part needed from him and will do that when it arrives. With the money, I decided to buy a backup motherboard. After some thought I just didn't want to risk continuing using the current board. More RAM slots started to fall offline and I wasn't going to roll the dice on it. ASRock did grant the RMA, so they'll fix that and I'll now have a spare board should anything come up in the future.

Thanks for the advice you guys gave. I looked into HWInfo and set that up to perform a graceful shutdown of the PC if a drop in voltage is detected. 11.6v is probably being a little paranoid, but in this market of PC parts...I'm not gonna gamble. I'll take an interrupted render over a fried GPU any day.

Gonna go refuel and burn the midnight oil tonight. Have yourselves a great week and be safe out there!
