The side scrolling camera script I created is pretty versatile and luckily works for top down sections as well
I'm hoping to have a new prototype out next week with more obstacles to test out.
I've been reading a bit about platforming and puzzle game design. I wish I could say it was helping, but I think it's another case of me being overwhelmed with details and things to consider while also second guessing everything. So I'm just going to use my best judgement on design and difficulty.
I have been borrowing some ideas from the Mario 3d games, which wll hopefully make things a bit more interesting
