STAY OUT OF THE HOUSE - 0.2 Update
DESCRIPTION

It's up! The windows version at least. Building the mac version right now. I'm expecting there to be some bugs, so please let me know if you get stuck on anything major and I'll try to get a fix up as soon as possible.

I'm aiming to make Stay Out of the House more realistic than my previous games. The ai is way more intelligent than my previous games and actively hunts you.

For best results, approach the game as if you've actually been abducted by a serial killer and be extremely careful. There's only one life at the moment so make it count.

0.2.6

  • Fixed the pistol. It fires now
  • (Hopefully) fixed the Ai glitch where the killer attempts to reach positions of the navmesh (and ends up walking into a wall forever)

0.2.4

  • Added a weapon
  • Added a tracking radar item
  • Added rocks to throw to lure the killer
  • Added a status meter to the inventory so you can check your health
  • More texture changes
  • Improved the placement of the notes so the story makes more sense
  • Ai improvements and bug fixes

0.2.3

  • Increased the gamma so you can see better
  • Added some more rubble and made the textures grungier. I plan on making the house look more dilapidated

0.2.2

  • Fixed a glitch that makes the killer teleport when he spots you.
  • Fixed the doors. You should be able to easily push them open now
  • fixed some collider issues
  • fixed a spawning issue
  • audio changes
  • You can now check what the controls are in game

0.2.1

  • Fixed the slow framerate. Apparently the shower curtain physics were slowing the entire game down.
  • Fixed some audio bugs
  • Some Ai tweeks for a better experience. I know that vague but I don't want to give away all the Ai secrets. More improvement to come
  • More chasing music
  • Adjusted lighting
