I will confess, making materials is not my favorite thing to do. I completed the tattoo in the most simplest way :) If you aren't into it, I included some clean skin materials in the folder. Dforce modifier is on the top and pants. There's just too much stuff on her jacket, you might have to adjust weights as you pose. The hair has the original bones and I created a shape morph and outfit morph. Female gens used, delete if you don't own.
