Fanette Gobert from the Golgo 13 manga! This was done as a commission for @/tokyo_nzm. I had a somewhat difficult time working on this piece as I had to study her setting documents and appearances, which were thankfully and perfectly documented by tokyo_nzm, who is a great artist.
