Howdy y'all, sorry it's been so long I didn't mean for it to be so long between progress updates but time seems to get the best of me. I've got a lot to show at least and some stuff to say so, thanks for stopping by!For RYT Update 11 I'd really like to try and get it out in hopefully 2 months. I'm not sure that's feasible with how fast I work, but it would allow me to possibly release another update by December, and that would be great. It's a bit of a dramatic update, there's a lot to say after that last ending though, so I can't imagine anyone would be surprised by that!But, let's get into what I've gotten done since talking last time!Art Update:I've got quite a few BG's done already, with one or two more on the way. Doing a few different things this update so, we'll see how they come out. As for CG's there will be two in this update, both of which have been blocked out. (The Marruk art shown above is just a fun piece I did, and will not appear in the VN. He is not that cool, sorry.) And, well, no one is safe from getting their sprite redone. . . -no one- I know he's only appeared in one scene, but I've taken it upon myself to redo this lil' guy's sprite before his name is even uttered in the VN! I was inspired by some recent pieces I saw, as well as the headshots I did, so I wanted to give it a try.Writing Update:The good news about taking so long to give y'all an update is that the script has already grown into something quite considerate in size. It's at about 18k words right now, and I think to get everything I want out of this update done, it will probably be about double the length. There's some good stuff, some important stuff, and some stuff that I really hope y'all like, but we'll get there when we get there!General Update:Another thing you've probably seen already is the new piece of menu art done by the lovely chickensnpies! I've always been a super big fan of their art, so it was really fun to commission something from them.
