The context for "Siren" is in this setting dinosaurs were originally revived and raised to be weapons of war (Instead of developing the likes of say tanks, guided weapons, etc) you'd have Dino Raid sirens in towns! Though whether or not this particular quetzal was a part of an organized attack or was just a wandering predator looking for a meal is uncertain ~
